Tools:

  • Pot for frying or rack for baking
  • Plates and stuff for breading

Ingredients:

  • Pork (chicken or other thin cut meats work too)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Flour
  • Egg
  • Panko
  • Sauce
    • Ketchup
    • Worcestshire Sauce
    • Oyster Sauce
    • Sugar

Time:

  • 5 M - Sauce
  • 20 M - Bread
  • 30 M - Fry / Bake

Thoughts:

Pretty good. Better fried because it is much crunchier. It is the best way to cook pork that I’ve done so far. Also, use a big knife to slice at the end to get through the breading, and don’t fry at too low of a temperature.

Tier: B. Lots of ingredients and hassle to make. But tastes solid.
